How Everyday Beauty Med Spa handles your information across our website, online booking site, and mobile app.
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS
Current Dot LLC, doing business as Everyday Beauty Med Spa ("Everyday Beauty", "we", "us"), provides aesthetic and wellness treatments in person at our location in Gilbert, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website (everydaybeautysalon.com), our online booking site (book.everydaybeautysalon.com), and our mobile app, Everyday Beauty Med Spa, for iOS and Android.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Account and contact information: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and your date of birth when it is required for a treatment. Appointment and purchase history: the services you book and receive, your providers, appointment dates, receipts, and a payment summary (amounts, card brand, and the last four digits of your card only). We also keep your Beauty Club membership status and your Beauty Bank balance. Device and app data: your push-notification token, device type and operating system version, app version, and crash and error diagnostics. Sign-in: we verify your identity with a one-time code sent by text message to your phone. We don't use passwords for clients. What we don't collect: we do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not use advertising or tracking SDKs in the app.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to: • Book and manage your appointments • Run the Beauty Club membership and your Beauty Bank • Show your receipts and visit history • Send appointment reminders and account notices • Send optional offers and last-minute openings, only if you opt in • Provide partner perks to Beauty Club members • Improve and secure the app • Meet our legal obligations
PAYMENTS
When you add a card, your card details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure vault. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
We never sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business: • Boulevard: our booking, point-of-sale, and client-record system • Supabase: our secure cloud database and sign-in service • Netlify: hosting • Expo: app builds and push-notification delivery • Sentry: crash and error diagnostics, with personal details removed • Apple and Google: app distribution and notifications on their platforms Partner businesses in our Perks program only see your member pass when you choose to show it to them. We don't send them your data.
TEXT MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS
One-time sign-in codes and appointment messages are transactional and are sent so you can use your account and keep your appointments. Marketing texts and promotional push notifications are only sent if you opt in. You can opt out anytime in the app (Account → Notifications) or by replying STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply.
HEALTH INFORMATION
The names of the services you receive and your visit history are health-related information. We keep them in the app only so you can see your own history. Clinical notes, consent forms, and medical records stay in our clinical record system and are not stored in the app's database.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We keep your app account data while your account is active. You can delete your app account inside the app (Account → Delete account), which removes your app data and your sign-in. Our clinic records, receipts, and transaction history are kept as required by Arizona law and medical record-keeping rules, even after you delete your app account.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Arizona residents, and anyone else, can make a request by emailing hello@everydaybeautysalon.com or calling (480) 608-9106. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
SECURITY
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation so each client can only see their own data. Staff actions are recorded in audit logs.
CHILDREN
The app and online accounts are for adults 18 and older. Services for minors are booked by a parent or guardian.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page, and we'll let you know in the app if the changes are significant.
