Jacqueline has dedicated over 11 years to the healthcare field, providing care to individuals at all stages of life. Raised in Colorado, she pursued her education at Colorado State University and Colorado Mesa University.

Her passion for the aesthetic industry ignited during her own battle with cystic acne at the age of 17. Struggling with self confidence, Jacqueline was often camera shy and missed out on many memories. That experience fueled her desire to learn more about dermatology, skincare, injectables, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non invasive treatments that enhance your appearance without radically changing it.

Throughout her life, Jacqueline has been an avid athlete and lover of the outdoors, frequently mountain biking, camping, and fly fishing during her free time. She is committed to breaking the stigma around the intersection of outdoor enthusiasts and aesthetics, demonstrating that achieving natural looking results is not only possible but highly attainable.

Jacqueline also offers alternatives to injectables, so you can improve your skin without them if you would prefer. Whether you are in the chair for a consultation or a treatment, expect engaging conversation about everything from outdoor adventures and gardening to travel, books, and, of course, skincare.

Nicole Farnsworth, FNP-C, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of healthcare experience, including 9 years as a Registered Nurse and 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner. She provides medical oversight with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and patient education.

Born and raised in Prescott, Arizona, and the oldest of six siblings, Nicole brings leadership, compassion, and attention to detail into every aspect of her practice. She has a passion for aesthetics, beauty, and helping patients feel confident while maintaining natural, balanced results.

Outside of work, Nicole loves traveling, good food, and everything country in Arizona. Her commitment to excellence and personalized care helps ensure every patient feels informed, safe, and confident in their aesthetic journey.
