TERMS of USE

The terms for using the Everyday Beauty Med Spa website, online booking site, and mobile app.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use apply to the website (everydaybeautysalon.com), our booking site (book.everydaybeautysalon.com), and the Everyday Beauty Med Spa mobile app, all provided by Current Dot LLC, doing business as Everyday Beauty Med Spa ("Everyday Beauty", "we", "us"). By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
ACCOUNTS AND SIGN-IN
You must provide an accurate mobile phone number to create an account. You're responsible for activity on your account from your device. One-time sign-in codes are for you only, so please don't share them. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.
BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Appointments are subject to our Appointment Policy as shown at booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, and no-shows, may incur a fee. A card on file may be required to hold an appointment. Prices shown in the app are estimates. Final pricing is set at your visit.
BEAUTY CLUB MEMBERSHIP
The Beauty Club membership is $175 per month, billed automatically to your card on file. Each payment is credited dollar for dollar to your Everyday Beauty Bank, which you can use on treatments and products at our location. Member pricing (15% off treatments and services, and 10% off skincare and retail) applies to eligible à la carte items only. It does not apply to packages or promotions and can't be combined with other offers. Membership requires a minimum of 3 monthly payments. After that, you can cancel anytime in the app, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Beauty Bank credit has no cash value and isn't transferable. The full Membership Agreement you sign at enrollment governs if it conflicts with this summary.
PARTNER PERKS
Partner perks are offered by independent businesses and are subject to their own terms. Perks may change or end without notice. To redeem a perk, show your live member pass in the app.
OFFERS AND OPENINGS
Promotional offers have their own dates and conditions, which are shown with each offer. Last-minute openings are first come, first served.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The app and website are for booking and account management only. They are not medical advice. Whether a treatment is right for you is determined by our licensed providers at your consultation.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Please don't misuse the app, website, or booking site. That includes scraping, reverse engineering, sharing your account or member pass with others, or trying to access other clients' data.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our name, logos, app, and content belong to Current Dot LLC. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
APP STORES
The app is provided through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use of it is also subject to their terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, and they have no obligation to provide support for it.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We work hard to keep the app, website, and booking site accurate and available, but they are provided "as is" and we can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Everyday Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using the app, website, or booking site, and our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived. If you misuse the app, website, or booking site, or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result from that misuse.
TERMINATION, CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW
You can stop using the app at any time and can delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app, website, or booking site after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. Questions?
