Everyday Beauty Med Spa operates a medical spa located at 4365 E Pecos Rd, Unit 117, Gilbert, AZ 85295, along with this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and online forms. Information you provide as a patient during treatment is also protected under separate medical privacy rules described below.

TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAIL
If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about your appointments and inquiries. If you separately opt in to marketing texts, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, and HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of receiving treatment. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, may continue after you opt out of marketing.

CHILDREN
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
